Premier Dog Training offers many areas of protection training. From the family guardian to the professional protection
k9. Craig has worked with protection dogs both for professional use and sport all around Australia and our dogs can be
found in homes and security companies throughout the country.

A well trained dog can serve as a loyal protector for the family or a powerful and effective member of a security team.
Whatever the purpose all our dogs are to be calm and confident, our dogs don't work out of fear they work through
confidence. For this reason not all dogs can be reliable protection dogs and must pass an intensive temperment test before
commencing training with Premier Dog Training.

If you do not yet own a dog but you are looking at a pup please feel free to contact us as there are steps to take to help
ensure he becomes the strong and confident dog needed for this type of work.

Protection trained dogs are not aggresive dangerous dogs. We go to great lengths to ensure sound and stable temperament
as the dog must be social and controlable.

Before commencing any form of protection work with Premier Dog Training he must pass the temperment test and be at a
level of obedience required to be a safe member of society. We can work with you at your convenience. We do not offer
a stay in service for protection training as we feel that the level of reliability we want to achieve cannot be achieved in a
2 ,4 or even 8 week program.

We can work with you from puppy hood to finished product. Lessons are $110 per lesson and require time and
commitment from the owner. We also sell security dogs ready to work for professional use.
